Colour is the first thing a buyer sees and the last thing a factory wants to change. We paint to a PANTONE code, embroider your logo into the seats, and ship the cart exactly as it looked in the mock-up.
Standard Colours and PANTONE Matching
Eight colours cover most fleets. For anything else, send the PANTONE code and we paint to sample — including two-tone bodies and a contrasting roof.

Every photo below is a cart that left our line — same paint process, same seats, no retouching.
Six Things You Can Specify
All fitted at the factory. Nothing is added by a local workshop after arrival.
Body & Roof Paint
Solid, two-tone or matte. Roof painted to match, in contrast, or white to reject heat.
Upholstery & Embroidery
Vinyl or leather, single or contrast stitching, your logo embroidered into the backrest.
Wheels & Tyres
12" or 14" alloy wheels. Turf tyres for fairways, road tyres for estates and resorts.
Roof Options
Painted hard roof, starlight roof, or a solar panel bonded to the roof.
Dash & Electronics
Digital dash with language switching, 9.7" display, CarPlay, reversing camera.
Branding & Badges
Body decals, wheel caps, dashboard badge and a numbered fleet plate.

Vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). We check that it stays legible at the size it will be printed.
Digital mock-up
A render of your cart in your colour with your logo, before anything is painted.
Sample sign-off
Paint and seat samples on request for fleet orders.
Production and photos
Every unit photographed before crating — you approve the batch before it ships.
We do not wrap carts in vinyl as a substitute for paint, and we do not fit aftermarket light bars or sound systems. If a part is not on our option list it is usually cheaper for you to source locally than to pay air freight on ours.
